This special piece is called "Dolphin Shimmer". It was designed, handcrafted and hand illustrated by Huntington Beach surfer/artists Sam Bernal and Dave C Reynolds. The sculpture is a beautiful mother dolphin and calf. The graphics are a unique and colorful shimmery water effect. This is truly a unique "one of a kind" sculpture. There will never be another like it. On the base it stands 11 inches high and is 11 inches wide. The dolphin and calf sculpture is resin cast with metal back coating. Mounted on a polished brass rod. The special wood block has been created by a Japanese wood burning technique called "shou sugi ban". The lowest base portion is solid resin with a faux granite finish. The whole piece weighs an impressive 4 pounds.
